He has a strong swimming background including college athlete. He has been coaching USA Swimming and developing high school state qualifiers for 30+ years.
Coach Paugh
Assistant Coach
Coach Paugh combines his knowledge as a college athlete and a coach for 57 years to excel swimmers' attitude and knowledge of the sport. As an Ocean Rescue and Jax Beach lifeguard you will find him swimming in the ocean or surfing. His goal is for swimmers to be proud of their accomplishments through their hard work and determination.

Former All-Conference Fletcher swimmer, college and master swimmer, Casey brings knowledge as an athlete, mom of swimmers, and coach to our BAC team. Through her passion for the sport she hopes to spread the joy of swim to all her kiddos.
